What a normal week looks like after launch.
Once the build is finished, the work settles into a weekly rhythm, and very little of it needs you. A typical week runs like this:
- The SEO Agent reads your tracked pages again and adds anything new to its ranked list of fixes.
- Our SEO team works through the proposals page by page and decides what goes live.
- Approved fixes go live on your site, then each page is fetched again to confirm the change really rendered.
- We ask the engines the questions your buyers ask, and Studio records which answers named you this week and which did not, beside the changes that shipped.
If an answer that used to name you stops doing so, it is flagged so our team can work on winning it back, rather than waiting for the monthly report to reveal it. Answers move from week to week for reasons nobody controls, so a single dip is a prompt to look closer, not a cause for alarm.
Your part is optional. Open Studio whenever you want to see where things stand: each change from that week is listed with a time stamp, a note on what it fixed and the result of its live check.

What is the commitment?
We earn your business every month, or we lose it.
Month to month, with 60 days’ notice.
The first three months are where the heavy build happens: audit, foundations, chatbot, the first rounds of changes. There is no minimum term though. You stay month to month, and you stay because the numbers are working.
If you decide to leave, you keep every piece of work we have done: content, structured data, improvements, everything. We believe you should stay because of results, not because of a contract. That is boring predictability, and we think it is exactly what a good agency should offer.

How long before I see results?
It depends on where you start, and we will not pretend otherwise. Foundations go in over the first month, your AI chatbot goes live soon after, and we measure each change against your search data 14 or more days after it ships. AI engines are third-party systems we do not control, so we promise the work and the evidence trail, not a date. We set expectations on your discovery call and report against them every month.
What do I need to do as a client?
Very little. You attend one onboarding call so we can learn your business, approve the changes we propose (a plain-English email with one-click approve), and check Studio whenever you want. We handle everything else: the audit, technical fixes, content, AI search optimisation, chatbot setup, monitoring, and reporting.
Do I need to change my website?
We work with your existing website. We make technical improvements, add the structured data that helps AI engines understand your site, and reshape content for AI readability, but we do not ask you to rebuild or redesign anything. WordPress sites get our plugin. Other platforms get a companion script with a focused set of the same changes.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Plans run month to month with no minimum term. To cancel, give us 60 days' written notice by email. The services carry on as normal through the notice period, and you keep every piece of work we have done: content, structured data, technical improvements, everything. We believe you should stay because of results, not because of a contract.
How often do we talk?
Monthly strategy calls are included with every plan. You also have Studio around the clock, with live data on leads, conversations, and search performance. If something urgent comes up, you can reach us any time by email or phone.
