What are the four phases?
Observe, Orient, Operate, Outcompete. We look before we move: audit first, strategy second, shipped changes third, then an ongoing loop of monitoring and defence. The day-to-day work is done by the SEO Agent and watched by the Monitoring Agent, with a senior SEO approving every change.
Observe
Before we touch anything, we run a scored audit across six categories and probe the major AI engines for citations. Where are you being recommended, where are you invisible, which competitors are in the answer instead, and why. We document it all in plain English so you know exactly what we are working with.

What is the difference between SEO, AEO, and GEO?
SEO (search engine optimisation) gets you found in search results. AEO (answer engine optimisation) makes you the answer AI assistants give: featured snippets, AI Overviews, voice search. GEO (generative engine optimisation) is the broader practice of staying visible and cited across generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. AEO and GEO overlap; GEO is the wider umbrella. You need all three for full visibility.
