Every location, side by side.

When someone in Parramatta asks ChatGPT for a plumber, they get a short list of names. Whether your Parramatta location is on it has nothing to do with how your Bondi store is going, so we track each location’s questions on their own.

Where each location has its own website, each one runs as its own campaign and head office sees them all on one page: how often the AI engines name each one, how many changes have gone live, and what is still waiting for a sign-off. The locations AI names least often are listed first, so you know where to look.

If your locations share one website, we track the questions for every location in one campaign.

We make the change on your live site.

A list of recommendations for forty locations is another job for a team that is already stretched, so we do the work ourselves. On WordPress our plugin makes the changes on the page: titles and descriptions, headings and copy, questions and answers, and the business details AI engines read. On Next.js our companion handles the titles, descriptions, structured data and answer blocks. Where a change can’t be applied that way, it comes to our team to do by hand.

Nothing goes live until a person approves it. Once it is live, we go back to the page and check the change is there, then keep asking the AI engines your customers’ questions to see whether they start naming you.

How a change happens

02A person approves the change
03It goes live on your site
04We re-check the live page

Measured question by question.

Every fortnight we put each location’s questions to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google, and we word each question a few different ways. You see which engines name you and which cite you, for every question, with what “cited” means for each engine written underneath.

A question that wasn’t checked in the window shows as not measured. It is never counted as a miss.

What the AI answers show.

Cited · Verified

Google's AI Overview names our franchise client first for which franchise in its category to buy in Australia.

One consented client reference, an Australian franchise brand. It is the question a would-be franchisee asks, and the pages Google cites are the brand’s own franchise pages. Our other clients’ results stay private, so beside it is what our checks across them show.

Our research · Aug to Oct 2026

82%

When one AI search engine showed one of our clients for a question, at least one other engine asked the same question that day did not. So one engine, or one question, tells you very little about the rest.

How we measured it

11,338

AI answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google and the web-search runs of Claude and Gemini, to 329 tracked questions for eight Australian client businesses, 7 August to 29 October 2026.

Built for a group, not one shop.

No. 01

A campaign for each location's site

Where each location has its own website, it gets its own questions, changes and results, so one strong store can't hide a location the AI engines never mention.

No. 02

One view for head office

Every location's figures on one page, with the locations AI names least often at the top.

No. 03

Questions written for each area

Customers ask about their own suburb, so each location is checked on questions about its own area.

No. 04

Logins for each location

Each location's campaign has its own logins, so a location manager sees their own results while head office sees every location.

No. 05

Nothing publishes on its own

A person approves every change before it goes live on any of your sites.

No. 06

A log of your changes

What changed, on which page, when it went live, and what we found when we re-checked the page.

When we’re not the right fit.

We’re built for Australian brands that want the work done on their own site. If you’re a global brand working across dozens of countries, or you’d rather your own developers make every change from a list we hand over, a platform built for that will probably suit you better, and we’ll tell you so.

If your sites aren’t on WordPress or Next.js, ask us first what we can change on them.

See where yourlocations stand.

Start with a free AI visibility check of your website. Then tell us how many locations you have, and we’ll put together what a campaign across them would look like.
