What counts as a conversation?

A conversation is a complete chat session between a website visitor and your AI lead agent. Whether it is two messages or twenty, it counts as one conversation.

A session ends when the visitor leaves the page or after 30 minutes of inactivity. If a conversation is handed off to your team via live chat, the AI portion stops counting.

Your chatbot never goes dark. If you exceed your monthly limit, additional conversations are billed at $0.05 each at the end of the billing period. We notify you at 80% and 100% so there are no surprises.

Q.01What counts as a conversation?

Q.04When do I see results?

Your AI lead agent captures enquiries from day one. For AI citations, expect meaningful movement between weeks four and eight, with compounding growth from month three onwards.

Q.05Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Change plans at any time. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date. You keep all the work we have already done for you. Unused conversation blocks carry over.

Q.06Is there a setup fee?

Starter, Growth, and Scale have no setup fee. Dominate includes a $1,490 one-off custom AI setup that covers your full GEO baseline, Answer Lab configuration, premium dashboard setup, and a white-glove onboarding with your dedicated account manager. Enterprise setup fees are scoped during your first call.

Q.07What is the difference between fast-response AI and advanced reasoning AI?

Both are powered by Anthropic Claude. Starter and Growth plans use a fast-response model that handles FAQs, booking, and lead capture with speed and accuracy. Scale and Dominate plans use a more sophisticated reasoning model that handles complex qualifying conversations, multi-service comparisons, and nuanced customer questions.

Q.08Do you work with my existing website?

Yes, in almost every case. We restructure what you already have, add schema, and fix the technical gaps. Full rebuilds are rare and only recommended when your current site is actively holding you back.
